Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (GMT-08:00) on business days (Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.


Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery window is 10–15 business days, excluding processing time.

  • Please note: delivery times may vary depending on destination, local customs procedures, postal services, or unforeseen delays.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or force majeure events.

Tracking Information

  • All orders include tracking.

  • Tracking details may take 3–5 business days to activate after shipment is processed.

  • If your tracking shows no updates during that time, your package may still be in transit to the carrier’s hub.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon delivery.

  • These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Please check with your local customs office for details.

  • As a commercial gesture, customers who provide valid proof of such payments may receive a discount on their next order:

    • 30%–40% of order value → 10% discount

    • 50%–60% of order value → 15% discount

    • More than 60% of order value → 20% discount


Customer Address Responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

  • We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.


Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

  • If your package is returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, or customs non-payment, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

Where We Ship

  • We currently ship primarily to the U.S., UK, France, Czech Republic, Australia, and other select countries.

  • Shipping rates are based on destination, order value, shipping method, package size, and weight.


Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

  • Title and risk of loss for goods transfer to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.

  • While we are not liable for loss or damage during transit, we will assist in filing claims or arranging reshipment if possible.
